Description

A quality vintage 9ct yellow gold diamond ring with a broad bombe-shaped head.

The head is pavé set with multiple round brilliant-cut natural diamonds arranged across three rows, creating a continuous surface of sparkle. Decorative beaded borders frame the setting and continue into the shoulders.  The substantial mount has a satisfying weight and profile, with the broad head tapering smoothly into a polished lower band for comfortable everyday wear.

Inside the band is a Birmingham hallmark using the International Convention marks from the 1980s. The ring is also stamped DIA (for diamond) and bears the maker's mark SDJ.

The ring will be supplied in a new presentation box.

Condition

Very good vintage condition with minimal signs of wear.

The diamonds are secure in their settings and the gold has been professionally cleaned and polished. The pavé setting remains crisp, and the ring presents particularly well.
