Delivery

Next Day Delivery - We offer free next working day delivery on all orders placed before 11am.

Incorrect Details - Please ensure your delivery information is accurate at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within one hour of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be processed and dispatched, and we won't be able to make changes.

Multiple Shipments - For larger orders, items may be shipped in separate packages depending on their size and the courier. These may arrive at different times.

Ground Floor and Doorstep Delivery - Deliveries are made to your front door or the ground floor of your building. Couriers are not insured to carry items beyond this point.

Returns

Cancelled Orders - Cancellation requests must be made within one hour of placing your order. After this time, orders may already be processed or dispatched and cannot be cancelled. If your order has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Change Of Mind - If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Failure to do so may results in additional deductions of up to 50% of the items value.

Damaged Or Faulty Items - If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photos and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your case promptly and arrange either replacement parts or a free return and full resolution.
