I would rate this as a High Grade Comic - in the realms of VF/NM, maybe to NM-

Some may see it as a slightly higher grade, some may see it as a slightly lower grade, but as we all know, grading is subjective - so this is just my opinion and a guide

Front Cover - shows minimal surface wear with no obvious signs of any major damage, dinks, creases etc.

Pages - Complete and firmly attached at staples (no rust) + no rips, tears, stains or pages / bits missing

Spine - Flat with no spine roll or colour breaks - small bit of wear on bottom edge of spine - see photo 10

Back Cover - shows minimal surface wear with no obvious signs of any major damage, dinks, creases etc. Some faint wear visible along top edge of cover - see photo 19
