Up for sale is an authentic vintage 1970s Mattel Ken doll (Now Look / Hair-Happenin' era) with the iconic back mechanism slot. Great project doll for restoration or a unique addition to your vintage Barbie collection!

Authenticity and Markings:

-Head: Stamped "© 1968 Mattel Inc." Molded brown hair with original fuzzy flocked facial hair/sideburns. Face paint is in nice vintage condition.

-Body: Stamped "© 1968 Mattel Inc. Taiwan" on the lower back.

-Neck Connection: Excellent! Tight neck with NO neck splits or cracks.

Condition (Please Read):

-Mechanism: The mechanical arm lever on the back is currently NON-FUNCTIONAL. Moving the lever does not sync with the arms.

-Overall: Doll is sold undressed (comes with the white socks shown in photos). Joints are in good vintage condition.
