Pulled from a running, rust-free Japanese-domestic vehicle and fully inspected before listing. Wear is photographed honestly under bright shop lighting; we do not retouch our images. Wherever possible we provide cross-reference numbers and a brief installation note for our overseas customers.
INCLUDEDYou receive exactly what is shown in the listing photographs — nothing pictured is excluded, nothing not pictured is included. For NEW / NOS items, all factory packaging and accessories are supplied as originally boxed by the manufacturer.
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase. Many JDM platforms differ from US/EU equivalents (e.g. RHD wiring, metric fasteners, JIS standards). We strongly recommend cross-referencing your part number against the manufacturer database, OEM catalog, or a qualified mechanic / specialist before bidding.
Installation must be performed by a qualified mechanic or automotive specialist. Any warranty or refund consideration is conditional on professional installation; damage caused by incorrect fitment, DIY installation, or use on an unsuitable application is not covered.

- Under USD 100: eBay SpeedPak Economy / Japan Post Small Packet / ePacket
- USD 100 and above: we choose the most economical of FedEx, DHL, or Japan Post EMS
- Carrier cannot be specified. If you require a specific carrier, you may pay the difference between our chosen rate and the requested carrier's rate
- FedEx / DHL remote-area surcharges may add up to USD 26; we will notify you before dispatch
- Handling: dispatched by the date shown on eBay (business days only — Saturdays, Sundays & Japanese public holidays are not business days)
- Express upgrade may be available at additional cost — message us before paying
- Orders USD 500 and above are automatically insured
- Import duties & taxes are the buyer's responsibility
- Oversize parts (bumpers, hoods, doors): surface freight quoted separately
RETURNS
- Returns are not accepted as a general policy
- Exception: if the item differs significantly from the listing description, contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will arrange a return
- Item must be returned unfitted, in the same condition as received, with all original packaging
- Please message us first — most concerns can be resolved without a return

Installation by a qualified professional is a condition of any after-sale support; parts installed by non-professionals are not covered. Differences between JDM, USDM and EDM specifications are common.
- Do you offer combined shipping?
- Yes — we re-pack multiple items together to reduce dimensional weight. Bundle discounts (5/8/10% for 2/3/4+ items) apply automatically. Request a combined invoice before paying.
- Can you ship oversized parts (bumpers, hoods, doors)?
- Yes, via surface freight. Please contact us for a quote and lead time before purchase.
