Thank you for viewing my listing!
Some frequently asked questions are:
Q: Will I receive the item shown in the photo? Is the photo of the exact card that will be sent?
A: Yes! every item is photographed individually so buyers can see the exact copy before they purchase the item. For listings where it shows multiple copies have sold already, rest assured after each sale we update the photo to show the next copy that is being sold.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Items are packaged and shipped 4 or 5 days a week, so the time for us to get your purchase into the mail is really fast. That being said, our shipping location is in western Canada, on Vancouver Island, so buyers in eastern Canada are going to have longer waits than central or western buyers. Typically items arrive in under two weeks, with orders often arriving in one week or less. eBays system may say the order will arrive faster than what our experience has shown, so please plan on the item taking 1-2 weeks to arrive after purchasing it. For international buyers I can not provide an accurate estimate on shipment wait times, but tracking will be made available from the eBay Global Shipping Program 1-2 weeks after the purchase, and delivery perhaps 1-3 weeks after that.
Q: How will you package the order?
A: This is complicated, as price, size and location all influence how an order is packaged, because we have to balance shipment costs with the goal of keeping item prices as low as possible. If you order 1-2 cards under a $35 total, you are located in Canada, the cards will be put into a top-loader with masking tape sealing the opening, then put in an envelope. If you order 3-6 cards under a $35 total, you are located in Canada, the cards will be put into a Card saver I (semi-rigid holder), then put in an envelope. For 1-6 card orders over $35 the cards will be put into top-loaders and the tops taped closed, then put into a bubble mailer. If you order 7+ cards they will be put into a team baggy, with top-loaders taped onto either side of the outside of the bag, for protection, then put into a bubble mailer.
Side note - After well over 20,000 items shipped this way only 2 have arrived damaged due to transit, and the buyers were taken care of completely. I understand if people have had different experiences with shipments, our method has been successful anyway.
