Orders are shipped from Japan within 10 business days after payment confirmation.
We use FedEx, DHL, UPS, or Japan Post depending on the destination and efficiency.
Additional charges may apply for remote areas (e.g., some regions in Australia, Canada).

Payment
We accept major payment methods via eBay.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Return
We accept returns within 30 days according to eBay’s return policy.
But we accept returns only if the item description does not match the received product.
Returns for buyer's remorse, such as "changed mind," "ordered by mistake," or "no longer needed," are not accepted.

International Buyers - Please Note:
■For U.S. Buyers (Shipping to the United States):
Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are already included in the item price or shipping cost (DDP: Delivered Duty Paid). You will not be required to pay any additional customs charges upon delivery.
Note: Items over USD 2,500 per transaction (including shipping) or those under the Authenticity Guarantee service may be excluded.
■For Buyers Outside the U.S.:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying.
We do not undervalue items or mark them as "gifts" – U.S. and international government regulations prohibit this behavior.
Additionally, if the delivery address is in a remote area, there may be additional charges by FedEx, DHL or UPS. If such charges occur, you may be asked to pay an additional $15 to $20.
