If you need to return an item because it did not fit or you changed your mind, full refunds are given as long as the steering rack remains unused and unfitted.
Please note that once a steering rack has been installed or test fitted, it can no longer be resold as new and may require re testing, re programming and quality checks. In these cases, a deduction for diminished value may be applied in line with eBay guidelines.
This does not affect your statutory rights and we will always assess returns fairly and transparently.
