A face mill holder with a
1" pilot (arbor) size is designed to mount standard face mills or shell mills that feature a 1-inch internal core diameter
"ZP32" and "ZP3" codes are typically associated with pneumatics or manufacturing component
Depending on your milling machine, you will need to pair this 1" pilot size with the correct machine spindle taper:
- CAT40 / CAT50: Most common for CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers.
- BT30 / BT40: Common for high-speed or Asian-manufactured CNC machinery.
- R8: Found on standard manual knee mills like a Bridgeport.
- HSK60A / HSK100A: Utilized for high-precision, high-RPM modern CNC setups
