This is a sterling silver fountain pen.
Since it was kept as part of a collection, I have not tested its ability to write with ink.
I will list it in the same condition as when I received it.

Please note that the last photo shows the device with a cartridge attached, and the cartridge itself is not included.
You can attach the cartridge, but it's a little loose.
I haven't tested it with ink.
