It is made from vitreous enamel fused onto sheet steel.  Heavy gauge.

5½” x 7”.  Heavy gauge - unlike most modern examples can't be bent easily.  Very durable.  White enamel in relief.

New old stock abandoned in Orleans.  Made in the 1970s or 80s.  Damaged during storage or transport.  At least it won't look as if it was put up yesterday.
