  Q1: Will it fit my vehicle?
  Don't worry if your car isn't on the eBay list above! Simply drop us a message with your vehicle's Year, Make, and Model, and we will find the perfect match for you.
  
  Q2: Where is my package?
  Delivery to rural areas or during peak times can take a little longer. Also, Royal Mail tracking might not update until they attempt delivery. Please check with your local post office, or contact us to track it for you.
  
  Q3: Having trouble fitting the bulb?
  
  Try reusing your stock bulb holder/adapter.
  
  Make sure the package label matches your order.
  
  For aftermarket light housings, a tiny manual adjustment might be needed. (Tip: Send us a quick photo, we are glad to help!)
  
  Q4: Lights not turning on, or flashing?
  
  Quick Fix: LED bulbs only work one way. Flip the plug 180 degrees and plug it back in!
  
  Flickering/Errors: Newer car computers may cause hyper-flashing. You just need an extra LED decoder or relay harness to fix it. Let us know and we'll guide you to the right part!

1. We refund or exchange if the item is damaged or lost. Please contact us by email before return the goods.

2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, your ebay id and the item number.

3. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, after both buyer and seller cancel the transaction from ebay. Or, you may choose to have a replacement.
