How to use it?

1. Connect the converter to the TV via a good SCART cable. Change the TV to the SCART CVBS channel.
2. Connect the converter to your phone's 5V USB charger via the USB DC cable (which comes with the parcel), you will see the power LED light up, and the SCART TV screen shows "No signal".
3. Connect the converter to the HDMI source device via a good HDMI cable, for example, DVD player.
4. After you connect them, please restart the HDMI source device, usually, you will get a signal on your SCART TV.
5. If there is no signal, please set the device output via HDMI if it has the option, you need to change the NTSC or PAL according to your TV format.
