■ Return Policy
Return requests are accepted within 60 days of your order.
Refund Process: Refunds are issued after the returned item arrives in Japan and passes our inspection.
Shipping Costs: For returns due to buyer's reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.), the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Restocking Fee: Except in cases of defective items, items not as described, or damage during transit, a restocking fee will apply to returns.
Item Condition: Returns cannot be accepted if the item is not unused and in the same original condition as delivered.
