“Hmad Ali Bn Ahmad”

These specialists indicated that the name appears in historical documents from the medieval period and may correspond to an individual recorded as a mid-level officer during the era of Salah ad-Din (Saladin). The ring was reportedly found in an area associated with known historical movements of his army.

However, there is no documentary proof linking this specific ring to any particular historical person. The historical context is shared as received and should be considered as background information rather than a confirmed attribution.

The ring itself is made from copper with clear hand workmanship. Surface wear, patina, and aging are consistent with a very old object. The engraved seal remains visible and functional — stamp impressions were tested, and two example impressions are shown in the photos.
