missing original lock on back, plunger knob is not correct, coin mechanism works properly, balls drop when you insert a penny, there are 5 balls, so 2 are missing. Not sure if it ever had a container to catch the coins, it seems that they just fall inside of the machine for retrieval. See photos, selling in used as is condition.
