  I’m Daniel Parsons, founder of DP Eco-Collective. I created this brand and began with a clear mission: to create a carbon-neutral, vegan beauty line that’s gentle on skin and kind to the planet. Every product starts from scratch, designed by me with intention, crafted for performance, and built to reflect a new standard in clean beauty. I spared no expense in design for the eco values, my first product launch is a makeup sponge infused with barley leaf, packaged in a fully recyclable box which sets the tone: ethical, elevated, premium and engineered for sensitive skin. With recyclable packaging to zero-ink branding, every detail speaks to our values. This is just the beginning. • We are able to provide next day delivery for our orders 99% of the time for orders before noon on week days. However, in some cases the delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Feel free to contact us anytime to ask for a status update on delivery - we always get back to you as quickly as possible. If the delivery is delayed, we give you the option to cancel your order and receive full refund for the item if you prefer. 
• We cannot ship to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. This is because our carriers do not allow shipping certain products (e.g. liquids, sprays and batteries) to these locations. In case we receive an order from the above areas, we will still attempt to deliver but cannot guarantee our usual delivery time.

     RETURNS:

• We work hard with all of our customers to ensure that they are getting an excellent shopping experience. Refunds are available for returned items. We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your item. If you do have a concern or want to return an item please contact us before opening a return case. Return cases negatively affect selling accounts and we will professionally handle your concerns/returns.

Ensure that the information entered is accurate, as our automated dispatch system does not allow for address changes after the order is placed. • Our inventory is distributed across multiple fulfillment centers, including Amazon FBA and DK Wholesale. Therefore, your order may arrive in packaging that reflects the branding of one of these fulfillment partners. By placing an order with us, you agree to allow us to share your name and shipping address with these third-party providers solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
