This discontinued old school classic automatic never needs batteries. It stays wound with the natural movement of your wrist during the normal course of your daily routine or can be wound manually by twisting of the crown. There is just something very sleek & sexy about an automatic watch. Especially with it's skeleton caseback which allows you to view it's intricate internals with 25 jewels as it goes about it's duty of precision timekeeping.  

This classic timepiece is in exceptional cosmetic & operational shape for it's age as it has seen very limited actual wrist time. Scattered, micro scuffs to portions of the metals is the only evidence of usage. Front & rear crystals appears mark free. Dial is crisp & clear. OEM strap still in amazing shape which should serve as a testament to the overall direct usage (or lack thereof) to the watch. How about that color combo. Very appealing to the eyes.

As with most any automatic, the timekeeping will rarely be as accurate as a battery operated quartz version. With that said, no warranties are made, expressed or implied as to the precision of this watches timekeeping accuracy. Also worth noting, no warranties are made as to the manufacturers water resistant rating of 5 ATM. It would not be a good candidate for most water related activities. Besides, why would you want to get the beautiful leather straps wet anyways.      

Some specifics:  Watch measures apx 1 3/8" or 35mm across case excluding crown, crown guards and lugs. Width between the lugs is 19mm. Strap length is apx 9" or 230mm from tip to tip. While the overall girth of the watch may be considered on the small side for today's standards, this was the largest and only size released at the time of production. There never was a smaller ladies version. This is the one & only size ever available and was marketed for men. So, all you skeptics, please bear this in mind prior to placing a bid/offer. Larger framed individuals may wish to steer clear as this is not one of those huge monster sized watches of today.
