Here is a vintage lead holder with leads. The pencil is marked TEC. It has a blue plastic barrel with metal ends. There is a yellow band at the top of the barrel. The clutch releases when the top of the pencil is twisted and the lead can be advanced. The pencil measures 5 1/2" long. This also includes 3 drafting leads in the original tube. The tube reads Products of Tec Pencil Co., Culver City, Calif. The tube measures 5 1/2" long. Get this vintage pencil & lead!

This is used. It has scratches and wear. There is some discoloration to the metal. The color in the markings on the pencil is faded/worn. There are only a few leads in the tube. The tube has some scratches and wear.
