If shipping expense is listed at the expectation the card goes above $20 based on recent comps, but falls below the threshold and qualifies for the $20 eBay program, you will be refunded the difference after the payment has been received.

Conversely, if a card goes above the $20 threshold and the S&H expense is listed as a <$20 eBay program charge, additional shipping will be incurred. Please do not remit payment until an invoice has been sent.
