1. We offer 30 days return policy. Please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your order if you have any issues with the product and would like to return.
2. All returned goods must be retained in their original unopened packaging with all original parts and accessories complete and undamaged. You are required to provide your eBay ID, specific return reason and valid tracking number for return processing.
3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees if the return request is caused by personal reasons or non-quality issues.
