We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We use top quality packaging materials and equipment.

We do not allow buyers to arrange their own shipping. However, we do not charge a fee for arranging the shipping for you. The cost of pallets or crates necessary for freight shipping may be extra. All orders are automatically shipped with added insurance that covers the full value of your purchase.

Standard Domestic Shipping within the Netherlands

Shipping methods and carriers are chosen at our discretion. We use established parcel and freight carriers serving the Netherlands and select the most reliable and economical service for each shipment. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically at the end of the business day, once your shipment has left our facility.

Express and next-day services are available on request where the carrier offers them. Same-day dispatch can only be arranged for requests received before 12:00 noon Central European Time, and is not available on public holidays or at weekends. Please contact us to confirm we have received your express request.

Deliveries to a postbus or PO Box address can only be made by standard postal service. Freight shipments cannot be delivered to a postbus or PO Box.

Freight

For larger and sensitive items that we have designated for freight shipment, please contact us for a shipping quote before you pay online. Items over 30 kg will likely ship on a pallet or in a crate, whose costs will be the buyer's responsibility. Freight shipments require a quote before you can make payment. Please contact us with:

• Your shipping address
• Confirmation of whether your address is commercial or residential
• Whether you require a tail lift

Failure to provide this information could result in extra fees assessed by the carrier, and we may bill you for the difference.

Damage Shipments

If your item arrives damaged by the shipping carrier, please take clear images before and after opening your package to document the extent of the damage. The claim will require pictures of different angles of the box or crate before opening, and of the damaged product or products after opening. Contact us immediately through eBay messages with your order number and item description, along with the images, and we will begin the claim process for you. We manage your claim at no extra cost. However, failure to provide adequate and timely information may result in a claim being denied, which will affect our ability to offer a refund.

Free Pick up

Collection in person is available for those arranging local pick ups. Commercial carriers do not qualify as local pick up. We do not charge an extra fee if you want to collect your item. The item will only be available as a loose load and will not be prepared for shipping. If you require a pallet for transport, a fee may apply.

Special Packaging

We can have custom ISPM 15 certified heat-treated wood pallets, skids and crates built, if necessary. We do not charge a palletising or packaging fee, but if your item requires a pallet, skid or crate, we will invoice you for the added costs.

Shipping within the European Union

Shipments to other EU member states are handled in the same way as domestic shipments and are not subject to customs formalities. Larger items ship by freight and require a quote before payment, following the freight instructions above.

International Shipping outside the European Union

Buyers outside the EU need to contact us and ask for a shipping quote before purchase. All customers outside the EU are responsible for their country's duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges. Please check your country's import requirements before purchasing.

We do offer international freight shipments. Simply contact us for a freight shipment quote according to the regular freight shipment instructions above.

International Shipping Restrictions

To be eligible for standard international shipment outside the EU, items must have a final sale price of at least EUR 150. To be eligible for international freight shipment, items must have a final sale price of at least EUR 1,500.

We do not offer shipping to any country or party restricted under European Union, United Kingdom or United States law. All sales are subject to applicable export control and sanctions regulations.

When we accept a return

• Items sold with a warranty may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of the date you received the item, provided the return is authorised by us in advance.
• Items sold AS-IS are sold without warranty and are not eligible for return. AS-IS means the item is sold in its present condition, with all faults, and no return, refund or exchange will be offered.
• To be eligible for return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, unless a REUZEit representative has authorised otherwise.
• Regardless of the terms above, if an item does not match the listing description, or arrives damaged in transit, contact us immediately and we will make it right. See the Damaged Shipments section of the SHIPPING tab.
• After the thirty (30) day return window has passed, an item still inside its warranty period is handled as a warranty claim rather than a return. See the WARRANTY tab.

How to start a return

1. Contact us before you return anything. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted or refunded.
2. Tell us your order number, the item, and the reason for the return.
3. We will issue you a 13-digit Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) number together with return instructions and the correct return address. Do not use the address on the original shipping label, as it may not be the correct return location.
4. Reference the RMA number on your shipping paperwork and include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Packing and return shipping

• The item must be returned either in its original packaging or professionally prepared for shipping. We recommend keeping the original packaging, pallet or crate until you are satisfied with the item.
• Arranging and paying for return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes freight, palletising, crating, insurance, and any duties or taxes.
• Items must be returned complete, with all accessories, cables, manuals and parts that were supplied.
• Any damage that occurs during return shipping can delay, reduce or negate your refund.

Health and safety condition

To protect our staff and our customers, and because of the nature of many of the items we sell, any item that has been exposed to, contaminated by, or is suspected of exposure to communicable illnesses or biological contaminants, bodily fluids, biohazards, radiological materials, or unsanitary conditions may not be returned or exchanged. Exposure to such conditions also voids any applicable warranty, to the extent permitted by law. Where applicable, a completed decontamination declaration must accompany the returned item.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return we will notify you and inspect the item to confirm its condition.
• We will notify you of the status of your refund within five (5) business days of receiving the item.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment where possible, or by bank transfer or store credit. When the credit reaches you depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Shipping costs are not refundable, and the cost of the original outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items sold AS-IS.
• Items that have been installed, modified, disassembled or otherwise altered from the condition in which they were supplied.
• Items returned without proof of purchase or without an RMA number.
• Items subject to the health and safety condition above.

Consumer rights

Our equipment is sold business to business. Where a buyer nevertheless qualifies as a consumer under EU or Dutch law, nothing in this policy limits that buyer's statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the statutory conformity guarantee under the Dutch Civil Code. Where those rights apply, they apply in addition to the terms above.

What the warranty covers

Where this item is sold with a warranty period, we warrant that during that period it will operate substantially as described in the listing. If it does not, contact us and we will repair the item, replace it, or refund it, at our discretion. Warranty claims must be raised with us before the warranty period expires.

Where this item is sold AS-IS, it is sold in its present condition with all faults and without warranty of any kind. AS-IS items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

What the warranty does not cover

The warranty does not apply where the item has been installed, modified, disassembled, repaired or serviced by anyone other than REUZEit or an agent we have authorised; where it has been misused, neglected, or operated outside the manufacturer's specifications; where damage results from accident, power irregularity, or improper environment; or where consumable and wear parts have simply reached the end of their working life. Exposure to communicable illnesses, biological contaminants, bodily fluids, biohazards, radiological materials or unsanitary conditions voids the warranty, to the extent permitted by law.
