The car has been a live of mine since I got it though it's previous owners aren't very good to it. I have replaced the transmission, clutch, flywheel, turbo, headlights, wheels, right struts, control arms, radiator, air conditioner constroller, ac compressor, alternator, and installed a dash cam though the dash cam with a rear camera, though the cam may need replacement. I also installed a Kenwood system to replace the original and it has car play and other features that work with the steering wheel buttons. the seat memory worked great and the Active chassis settings for suspension control still work.
however, the active chassis computer module is going and needs repair or replacement. if it's not too hot outside (under 90F) it works fine but if the computer gets hotter it malfunctions. at present It needs a new being Active chassis computer or it's unreliable to drive in hot weather and may become immobilized as the conputer to engage the electric/hydrolic center Differential. after further inspection may need repairs on the AWD differentials, but I r not confirmed that with the shop it's at. it also needs new engine mounts and it's recommended to get a new catalytic converter but it will pass emissions (I just did emissions last week). the converter is damaged on the inside but still works, makes a slight rattle when idling.
service related I was not able to replace the spark plugs in my last service due to replacing the control arms and CV axle. the park plugs it has work fine though, it's just an item in the repair book for it's current mileage.
the headlight wipers do work and sprayers but the ride side motor needs recalibrating as it rests in the wrong position but not blocking the headlight.
the right to light is also out
the leather in the back row is fine but the driver seat is pretty worn.
I also broke the locking latch for the center console access to the AC compressor drain while unclogging it once. shouldn't be expensive to fix but for now I have it taped.
car has the ElevateCars.com ECU reprogramer and software upgrade that can be reverted to standard whenever. currently I have the standard ECU program on it.
it also has the Air box that is washable (sink and dish soap works fine every 45k miles) with a water proof cover. it handled Florida fine when I was there for a year.
I hope whoever can get this will enjoy it and can fix it, I'm just not son a financial position to take care of it right now. it's a wonderful car that has great soul that I wish modern cars still had.
