Constructed from factory plastic, the stock housing warps, cracks, and degrades rapidly under repetitive engine heat cycles, leading to premature coolant loss, water pump failure, or catastrophic overheating.
This premium upgrade kit features a heavy-duty, robust Cast Aluminium Housing Replacement designed to withstand severe thermal expansion and continuous high-temperature pressure. Engineered to exact OEM specifications, it permanently resolves structural warping while acting as a direct bolt-on upgrade package. Don't risk replacing a leaking plastic unit with another plastic unit that will inevitably fail again—upgrade to a permanent aluminium fix.
