1990 .900 Silver Proof France 100 Franc Commemorative Coin.
Commemorating the 1190th anniversary of Charles the Great of France and features a close up face of his to one side. Complete with the hinged case and COA sheet. Struck in .900 silver. Has remained in the capsule and not handled.
Quite rare with just 30,000 minted. 37mm diameter. 20g weight. 100 francs denomination. The 20p coin in picture 4 is a size reference. There are a few variations of this coin. This is the largest variety.
Condition: The coin is free from any toning and remains nice and clean. The box has quite a lot of external surface wear, but closes true. Interior is fine. The COA is the original and not a photocopy.
