This Japanese post card has a unique history behind it! It was sent on March 21, 1911, from Nagasaki(a pretty fine, purple, English-language, SOTN CDS!), Japan, to a Corporal Nick, 7th Cavalry Band, Rizal, Fort McKinley, Manila, U.S.-occupied Philippines! The sender was a U.S. Army Sergeant Infino(?), then on leave, or in transit between The Philippines and U.S. He mentioned that his trip to Nagasaki had been rough. As for the two, green, 2-Sen, Japanese definitives are in fine-very fine condition! Noted imperfections aside, this post card remains a neat piece of Japanese, and American military postal history!
