Shipping
Different items have different handling times for shipping. (Check handling time)
Estimated shipping
Economy shipping from outside the US (11-23 business days).
Standard shipping from outside the US (3-7 business days).
Expedited shipping from outside the US (2-5 business days).
We ship by Japan Post/DHL/FedEx/UPS depending on the situation. The estimated arrival time may be delayed.
It also depends on your country's customs. Therefore, if there is a delay, please contact your local post office (shipping company) with the tracking number.
Note: If we ship small items, there may be no tracking number for economy shipping.

Returns
When there is a different problem from the indicated contents, please
tell me about it within two weeks.
I accept returns only if items did not match the description.
Buyer pays return shipping.
EU buyers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the item (Right of Withdrawal). To exercise this right, you may use the "Return item" option from your Purchase History or Order Details page and select "Withdrawal from Contract" as the reason.
