This uncommon cover(slightly-reduced envelope has some stains, and significant wear and tear in the form of major tears between the envelope's layers; back flap is missing) was sent on August 20, 1919, from Keijo, Japanese-occupied Korea, to elsewhere in Korea. The sender and addressee were both ethnic Koreans, something that you don't actually see that often with this kind of material! As for the green, 3-Sen, Japanese commemorative(celebrating the end of WW1) issue, it's in good-very good condition! Noted imperfections aside, this cover remains a neat piece of Japanese and Korean postal history connected to the end of WW1!
