A classic vintage German beer stein from West Germany (Westerwald region), produced in the 1960s or 1970s.

This attractive stoneware stein features a beautiful relief scene of people in traditional attire enjoying a drink at a table. The warm beige and brown glazes, combined with decorative bands, give it authentic German character.

Special detail: On the unglazed bottom rim you can see three parallel blue stripes. These are original hand-painted factory marks. In German potteries, decorators or quality controllers would quickly paint these cobalt blue lines to track production or approve the piece before firing. It is a clear sign of genuine handwork and traditional craftsmanship.
