The VT1136 safe is not water-resistant. It is designed to provide security for your valuables, but it should be kept in a dry environment to prevent any potential damage.
Can the safe be mounted in a vehicle?
Yes, the new Portable Safe can be secured in a vehicle using the included cable. In addition, it has two pre-drilled mounting holes on the bottom and comes with two screws and two expansion bolts for optional installation.
What happens if I forget my digital keypad code?
If you forget your digital keypad code, you can still access the safe using the backup keys provided. For resetting the code, follow the instructions in the user manual or reach out to our support team for assistance.
