The new Shell-Head calls the star-spangled avenger for help! And Cap auspiciously discovers the S.I. CEO is in a flophouse in the Bowery! But Tony is too far gone to sign anything! And besides Firebrand just set the building on fire! What a disaster on so many levels! Cameo appearances by Yvette Avril, Morley Erwin, Vic Martinelli, and Mrs. Arbogast.
