  SHIPPING & TAXES:-
  
  1. Any size larger than 10 feet wide will be shipped folded. So, you may see creases, and the rug may not lay flat initially, but it's very typical with rugs when shipped folded. All the wrinkles and lumps in the rug will go away within a few days of usage.
  2. Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. We will not be liable for delays due to customs.
  3. Please provide your correct/complete address along with your contact details to ensure timely shipping and delivery.
  4. All items will be dispatched from India.
  5. Handling time will vary for each item.
  6. Estimated delivery time is 4-7 days after an item is shipped.
  
  CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  
  1. Rotate the carpet every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear.
  2. Vacuum regularly in one direction, regular vacuuming will reduce
  shedding over time.
  3. Spot clean as needed using a damp (not wet) cloth with plain water; do not use soap or cleaning products, as they could damage or fade the rug.
  4. For larger, deeper stains, send the rug to a professional service.
