Unit still functions aside from one of the tubes connected to the solution bottle is clogged. I’ve marked which one it is in the photos listed above. I’ve ran a couple of tests and it still buffers out scratches but may require servicing in the future. Comes with a key card (438mins), power cord, some pads (used) , a small amount of leftover solution, and a GameCube Disc Accessory (requires double-sided tape).

Original box is included. Sorry, I could not find any instructions.
