A striking cobalt blue glass standing rooster on pedestal nest, produced from the classic Westmoreland mold that passed through several American glass companies — Westmoreland, Rosso, and Mosser — from the mid-20th century through the early 2000s. No maker's mark is present, consistent with all three producers. The rooster lid features finely detailed feather texture, standing tall with upswept tail and full comb, resting on a feather-textured nest base atop a round pedestal foot. Rich, clear cobalt blue throughout.
CONDITION: Good. No chips or repairs on the rooster lid or nest. A chip is present on the underside of the base, not visible when displayed.
