This is a 1914 Mons Star Trio to a Driver in the Royal Field Artillery. Correctly impressed to 59872 DVR. R.F. CROW. R.F.A. (on star) and 59872 DVR. R.F. CROW. R.A. (on pair). Richard Frederick Crow from Erith, Kent, enlisted on 25/10/1909 in Woolwich. He went to France with 8th Brigade R.F.A. on 19/08/1914. He deserted in Preston, (on leave?), on 07/12/1916. His medals are mounted for wear and he was also entitled to a clasp & roses for his star. Sorry about shaky photo! See my others. I will combine postage if the weight allows.
