For Sale: Large Vintage Japanese Akabeko Red Cow
This is an authentic handcrafted Akabeko from Fukushima, Japan. Akabeko are traditional lucky charms believed to ward off illness and bring strength. The head is on a spring and gently bobs up and down.

- Era: Showa Period, 1970s-1980s
- Material: Traditional papier-mâché over wood, with fabric saddle, rope, brass bells, and tassels
- Condition: Excellent vintage. Minor wear consistent with age. All original parts intact. Head bobs perfectly. Please see all photos for condition.
