STRONG & DURABLE: Our tubular latches have a strong spring mechanism for a lifetime of trouble-free use. These are ideal for your home or commercial projects.

SUITABLE FOR: Our door latches have a pierced case for handles with bolt through fixings, which is suitable for hollow doors to ensure the handle won’t come loose. These are reversible, so can be used on left- and right-hand opening doors.

QUIET: The adjustable keep prevents any door rattle when your doors and windows are open. Adjustment is a 10 second easy with the use of a flat head screwdriver.

NEAT & TIDY: Our tubular latches include a 2-part face plate and dust box for a neat and tidy finish to your door and frame.

When returning a product to us you must follow the below instructions

  • You must contact us or open a return request prior to the return of any product.
  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and all included accessories.
  • The product must be in a brand new and unused condition.
  • You must include your original receipt or have obtained an RMA (returns number) before returning the product.

Change of mind returns

If you change your mind, have ordered the wrong part or simply no longer require the product you have 30 days from the day of delivery to return the product back to us for a refund.

It is the buyers responsibility for the safe return of the product and any postage costs incurred.

Item received is damaged

In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged we will replace or refund the product. In this case we will require evidence of the damage prior to any replacement or refund being issued.

Item received is incorrect

In the unlikely event we have sent you the incorrect item we will require you to return the product to us so that we can process a replacement.

It is the buyers responsibility for the safe return of the product however, DIYware will cover any postage costs incurred.
