Shipping Speed
We are proud to provide fast service to our customers; your order will be shipped within 1 business day of placing your order. On average, domestic Ground Advantage packages arrive in 5-7 business days. On average, domestic Priority packages arrive in 3-5 business days. On average, FedEx Ground packages arrive in 2-6 business days. We observe all government holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates.

We package with care - you can rest assured that your items will be thoughtfully packaged to minimize risk and arrive safely to you. Please recycle sustainable packing materials.
Combined Shipping
We're happy to combine shipping for multiple items going to the same address.* Multiple items should auto-combine in your cart, but if not, you can request an invoice with combined shipping. We will choose the lowest cost shipping option during fulfillment (meeting all carrier weight and policy requirements).
*We are unable to combine shipping on auction orders for separate auctions and for some international orders.

Once we ship your order, you will receive tracking information. If you do not receive your shipment within 11 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to investigate & assist. If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered during purchase, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost if they would like the item to be resent. If the item will not be resent, the buyer will be issued a refund for the cost of the item, not the cost of shipping paid. Please review your shipping details to ensure successful delivery. Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. We will choose the most cost-efficient delivery method for your order based on weight and size. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the nearest pound or ounce, depending on the carrier requirements.
