Original ACEO watercolor. This southern Utah desert series of paintings are from my Plein air sketch book. I painted these scenes on site then cut them down to size to share and sell.

I added a red tailed hawk to this image. In remembrance of a family of hawks the nested in a tree at my old home. And I enjoyed watching them every day so when I saw this piece I knew immediately that I wanted to add a hawk.
