For sale is a Rare Die Clash Error 1943 Steel Wheat Penny.

This is a bold die clash of Lincoln’s face, most notably the nose and mouth of Lincoln on the back side of this coin, under the C in “CENTS”.

Major Mint Error. One of the better error coins from my personal collection. I personally have not come across any others such as this, or heard of any.

1943 Steel wheat pennies are famously difficult to find with dramatic Mint Errors such as this.

Coin looks excellent physically with strong details & a strong strike, it does appear at some point to have been lightly cleaned, evidenced by light surface hairlines.
