Standard shipping is USPS- approx 4 day- please note this can be longer depending on where you are!

We have a *shipping upgrade* available to purchase with FedEx 2 day- as a listing.  FedEx shipping is approx $25-$30 From The Big Island to The Mainland. We always recommend this upgrade to reduce transit time. Please note if you buy more than one orchid, we automatically ship with FedEx and refund extra shipping over charges, once shipped. 

We have Heatpacks for cold weather available as a listing. This purchase comes with an extra shipping cost to upgrade your shipping to FedEx 2 day. Heatpacks need the short transit time to be effective. 

We ship Monday and Tuesdays from The Big Island.

Open flowers, buds and spikes unfortunately can’t be guaranteed through the mail but we do try our best.

Combined orders are charged at extra 5$ per added orchid. Over charge of shipping can easily be refunded, please just send us a message.

Shipped using USPS Priority approx 4 business days (singular orders) and FEDEX express/expedited (larger orders) to minimize time spent in transit. Please let us know if you need a delay in shipping due to your local weather. We have Heatpacks as a listing, with an automatic 2 day FedEx upgrade.

Signature required on all orders over $200. We won’t accept responsibility for missing boxes once they’re confirmed delivered by the courier.

Once received, open immediately.

If damaged in shipping please submit photos to carrier as it is insured to up to $100.

As we are based in Hawaii, so we do not accept returns but please be in touch if you are dissatisfied with your product
