A simple crimped sugar bowl on a pedestal, stamped Imperial EPNS A1, made in England.
Small raised pattern of rounded, knob-like balls run the entire top edge of the bowl. 
Features a handle and spoon attachment for serving sugar or jams.
Date of manufacture most likely early 20th century.
