SHIPPING:

Currently we ship Best Way.  Most of the time for us this is by USPS Ground Advantage. All Shipping is to CONUS (Continental United States) only.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items if we can. Please feel free to message us for more information on shipping multiple items prior to paying. We can often give you a quote if you include your zip code in your message. We try to always list a flat rate option when applicable

We almost always ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment with the exception being items paid for Friday may not be shipped until Monday. Holidays may also effect shipping times. If you would like your items shipped sooner please message us, we can generally accommodate.

INFORMATION ON CLOTHING AND TEXTILES

We do have a smoke free home, sometimes we pick up items from Estate Sales or lot auctions and we don’t know the previous history. We do not have pets however if you have severe animal allergies you may wish to have your item laundered before wearing. We strive to be as descriptive as possible and provide lots of pictures. Never hesitate to ask for more measurements or ask questions. We do accept returns on defective items but we strive to always describe accurately. Please look over pictures and read descriptions

MAKING AN OFFER:

We do accept offers on most items. Please be sure to send offers through the Make An Offer button, not via a message. Offers on auctions can be below, at, or above the asking price. If we accept your offer the listing ends and item is yours. All reasonable offers will be considered. We may counter your offer too, in which you may decline or accept. Please do not change conditions of an item in a note when making an offer. Sometimes we will get a reasonable offer with a note saying will you ship (outside of the US), or I only want 1 item in the group shown.... We will have to decline those offers because the descriptions or shipping is being altered. If you would like to change something about the listing please message us first. If we agree we can then manually adjust the listing to reflect the changes. After changes are made you can then submit an offer.

Damaged items:

We spend a lot of time packaging our fragile items to ensure a safe delivery. We have a very low breakage rate. Should the unfortunate happen and your item is damaged please send us pictures of the damaged box and the item, as well as the packaging materials used. We insure all of our packages to protect both us and the buyer.

LOST IN TRANSIT:

All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. All of our packages are tracked and insured to protect both us as sellers and you as the buyer.

Returns:

We will accept returns. The buyer pays for the return shipping and we will refund as long as item is returned to me in the same condition sold. The refund occurs when we receive and inspect the package. Please package carefully so the item isn’t damaged during shipping. Most carriers are only accepting insurance claims when it is shown the shipper provided adequate packaging to protect the item. Please include tracking and insurance on your return package. Please send me the tracking number and carrier that way we can both track the package. All of my sales include tracking unless otherwise noted in the sale. 

Payment and unpaid claims:

We allow 4 days for auction items and (accepted) offers to be paid for once the listing ends. We will send out 1 reminder after 48 hours, then wait an additional 48 hours before we turn the listing over to EBay to recoup our fees and relist. If you need some extra time just communicate with us.
