Shipping

  2. Shipping methods include speedPAK, DHL, UPS, USPS, etc. We will select the most suitable service based on your country and delivery address.
  3. We ship worldwide. Buyers from the following countries must provide additional information in advance for faster delivery:
    • EU countries: IOSS number is required; for orders over $150, a VAT number is needed. We can declare a lower value to speed up customs clearance.
    • South Korea: A 13-digit personal tax number starting with “P”, your name in Korean, and a phone number starting with “010” are required for customs clearance.
    • Brazil: CPF tax number and personal email address are required.
    • Chile & Argentina: VAT number is required. Without it, we can only ship via China Post or similar services, which may cause delays.
