The Mad Dog Ward admits a new patient...Peter Parker! And the hospital staff and the other patients (in this de facto prison) are glad to have him! But most of them don't know who he really is! Unfortunately, thanks to a mixture of drugs; Aunt May's nephew isn't quite sure who he is either! However one hospital employee recognizes the terror and corruption taking place in the Mad Dog Ward! And she decides to help Spider-Man lead the inmate revolt! Story concludes in Spectacular Spider-Man 133. (Notes: The web-slinger returns to the Mad Dog Ward in Spider-Man (1990) 29-31.) 36 pages.
