DESCRIPTION:
Working Principle
Water is drawn from the pool into the drum through a water pump and flows out radially through the screen, while impurities in the water are trapped on the inside of the drum filter screen. When impurities accumulate on the inside of the drum filter, our level sensor automatically triggers the backwash mechanism, which automatically activates the high-pressure nozzle to clean the screen. The impurities are then guided to the sludge discharge tank as the drum rotates.

Intelligent Backwash
The rotary drum filter can filter impurities larger than 75 microns (such as leftover fish feed and particles in the water). High-pressure nozzles periodically clean the residue attached to the screen, providing double cleaning, easy maintenance, and hassle-free filtration.

High-Pressure Nozzle: High water pressure for a cleaner rinse, no need to connect to tap water; it has a built-in high-pressure pump that draws filtered water to clean the mesh.
Liquid Level Sensor: Automatically senses abnormal water levels and activates the backwash program to clean the mesh. Additionally, combined with time control, it provides dual control to timely clean and discharge waste.
Drum Motor: Enclosed protective motor to prevent damage from sun and rain.
Automatic Sewage Discharge: Tilted sewage discharge trough for smoother automatic discharge.
