I am disabled and my home aide gets to the post office three times a week on Mon, Weds & Fri. Take this into account if you are the impatient type, and if this is not acceptable, please go elsewhere. You also need to take into account holiday post office closings, as well as possible USPS delays in shipping because of the holidays or recent USPS shipping changes, which I have zero control over.
Antique brass and pewter items are NOT cleaned, buffed or polished. It is up to the buyer to do this. They are dusted with an unscented Swiffer duster just like all items are before they are packed up and shipped.
Loose figures may show signs of aging, including yellowing. Accessories may have some warping from storage. Please look closely at photos. Most important is to ask any questions you have BEFORE purchasing.
If a loose figure seems to be missing an item PLEASE double check the package, packaging and figure itself to see if an accessory, such as a figure's weapon may be actually in it's holster where it belongs before flipping out and raging with negative feedback. Loose accessories can also end up behind capes/cloaks during shipping or in other accessories like backpacks. Unpack carefully and look thoroughly. I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. Please don't be a jerk about things. It will be your first and last time dealing with us.
DVD/Blu Ray Digital Download Codes may be expired. If it is an issue, ask BEFORE purchasing! Cases, sleeves and inserts may have minor damage from standard storage with other DVD's & Blu-Rays.
CD Cases may be cracked or damaged. The CD's themselves will be near mint. CD jewel cases will not be replaced/refunded.
All clothing sold in my store has NEVER been worn nor washed. It has simply been stored in a sealed box until sold. Clothing is absolutely non-returnable/non-refunded under any circumstances.
All packages are triple checked and photographed before shipping to avoid any issues of missing items or items not being in their proper condition.
MOC means MINT ON CARD, NOT Mint on Mint Card!!! And MISB means MINT IN SEALED BOX, NOT Mint In Mint Sealed Box. If you are an overly picky collector, please look elsewhere. These items are from my personal collection and I have always tried to look for the best conditions, but it should be expected that some items may have normal store/factory shelf wear, especially in light of Hasbro's rather low quality control. As with all pieces, an item is sold as a collectible that is subject to the usual quality control issues such as poor paint applications or soft plastic warping of some features inside the bubble/box/packing. Age may also cause the elastic bands in the packaging to become brittle and snap. This is a Hasbro quality control issue that I have ZERO control over. These are toys and were made to withstand the normal play of a child, but I imply no warranty for any of these items. They are sold as is and the pictures are of the item I will ship. Paint apps may vary on sealed items from their representation on the packaging and the warping/curving of card backs or packaging may have occurred in factory. I didn't/don't make these things. I just collected them and now I'm selling them.
All items will be packed securely and marked "FRAGILE!" I use ONLY USPS services unless it is an oversized item. I am NOT responsible for ANY damaged incurred during shipping & handling by the United States Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. If there are issues with items on the receiving end, it is your responsibility to contact your local shipped office to work out delivery problems.
