Not working and sold for parts or repair. More accurately, it will work when it wants to. Been testing it off and on for a couple of days, it’s run for hours before stopping and sometimes minutes before stopping. I posted a video of it ticking to my YouTube channel, CT Revival Antique Clocks. Luckily it obliged and ticked for almost 2 minutes before stopping. Case is phenolic and it shows some wear and soiling. Never seen one with the shock absorbing mounting board before. I believe it is iron or steel as it attracts a magnet.
