Condition
of Items:
The items listed for sale are used and exhibit some degree of wear and/or
cosmetic imperfections. Items being auctioned are “as is”
condition. We strive to provide

The item described and pictured is all that is being sold. Additional items like outer boxes,
instruction books, attachments, etc., are not included unless specified in the

and Clocks: If we indicate the timepiece is running, it
has been tested for a minimum of one hour, possibly more, without
stopping. We are verifying the movement
is complete and operating properly. We
are not guaranteeing how long the vintage or antique timepiece will run. Over time, mainsprings lose power, or the
lubrication becomes gummy or dry. Even
though we list the timepiece as running, it still may need professionally
serviced to be in GRO.
Warranty or Guarantee: We
do not offer warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. All items are sold "as-is," and the
buyer assumes full responsibility for their purchase.
Returns
and Refunds:
Returns are not accepted, and all sales are final. Returns will only be accepted if the item is
significantly different from the description and the pictures provided. Buyers
must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to discuss reasons for a
return.
Feedback: Your satisfaction is very important.
We request that you leave feedback after receiving your item to help us monitor
our customer service. If there is an
issue, please contact us before leaving negative feedback. We are committed to customer satisfaction and

Shipping
and Handling: Our auctions generally end on Sunday and if
payment is made, the item is packed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. The shipping date is determined by the paid
date. Our items are securely packed and
shipped promptly. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs
during transit. We use the eBay shipping service, generally with USPS ground
advantage. If you purchase an item, you
may request insurance to cover the value or change the carrier. Please request insurance or a different
carrier before payment is made and we will send an updated invoice. If multiple items are purchased, we do
combine shipping. Please contact us
before payment is made. The shipping
charge is calculated by eBay based on the size, weight, carrier and your
location. We do not determine the shipping charge.
