Description
This is an antique Japanese tsuba from the Edo period.
The piece is unsigned but attributed to Ko-Kinko (early metalworkers) and comes with NBTHK Hozon (Preservation) certification papers.

The simple yet elegant design reflects the classical aesthetic and restraint characteristic of early metalwork traditions.
The tate-maru (oval-round) shape and smooth maru-mimi (rounded rim) enhance the harmonious composition.
